I remember watching this and managed to find it again, does all the fountains loose their corruption when Plague ingests from another?

No they don't.

Then why did the fountain in the clip just suddenly become uninfected?

Because ALL fountains are corrupted after the Otz's cleanse.
When all fountains are corrupted, The Plague automatically gains the Corrupt Purge and the fountains become "clear".

Alright, thanks then, was always wondering what stopped plague from just not ingesting and keeping everyone broken

This is actually a good strat against her too, if a team can wash out all the fountains and only give her the effect of one, it's almost as good as not cleansing at all.
