Need Some Calculations From Smart People

Need to ask a quick question in regards to XP, Shards and time. I'm too stupid to do the calculations, so I was hoping someone could help me out.
About how long does it take to get 9K Shards? I heard someone say that 1 Shard = 35 XP and that can be averaged to around 35 hours, but I'd like to have a more official source.

Actually less, match willing. Might have to take a few holidays for it.

It depends on what player level you are. I'm pretty sure you get more the higher level you are. Devotion doesn't do anything in that regard.

I read that it's from Devotion lvl 1-46
I'll see how long it takes me. I suspect 23-30 hours
