My internet had a micro cut and I got locked

I was playing normally and suddenly everything froze and I got kicked out of the game. I came back to being matchmaking locked as if I had DC on purpose. What's the current status of this faulty system? When did they enable it back?

To me it seems like its doing its job, sure it sucks if you DC every once in a while. But if you really came on here to complain about waiting 5 minutes then I don't know what to say

It's just 5 minutes. It's only annoying when you have constant issues/crashes. I feel the escalation should be scaled down slightly, but it's otherwise pretty fair.

Just watch a youtube video or scroll through your social media. Not playing for 5 minutes won't be the end of the universe.
