Botany knowledge doesnt effect Circle of Healing self heal

if you have botany knowledge and desperate measures on, you wont get the fast healing effect when self healing with circle of healing. im pretty sure this is a bug and not intended so im posting it here

I was running self care and it didn’t effect COH. Are these perks supposed to effect it??

I believe all channeled healing actions are meant to be affected.
