How do people even know about this?
So everytime when I watch some theories about on YouTube what kind will the new original or licensed killers, sometimes I get excited but there is something that I despise what killer is it... It's a spider killer. Techincally I hate spiders because I have arachnophobia and I think it's a good killer concept but even when I get scared it's scares the living day lights outta me... I wonder if it's a spider killer or something like this but, I would rather have to see like it later on but I have arachnophobia and hopefully it does not look realistic at all.

I don't think it will be a spider killer, I don't want to spoil but judging from some leaks I've seen I'd say not this time atleast. I am terrified of spiders too so I really am hoping it isn't one hah.

As far as I know: talk about a spider killer comes from the latest Q&A where a question was asked if there will ever be a non-humanoid killer eg spider-monster. And the answer was that they can’t confirm anything but wouldn’t rule it out or something along the line (again mods, the summary should still be pinned!!!)
but that really does not sound like the next killer will be a spider based killer at all.
but they have added a Clown and a vomiting killer, even though Coulrophobia and Emetophobia are widely spread just like Arachnophobia.. and spiders are a common trope for horror theme.

Even better when you know how intelligent they are. They are capable of planning and will often observe their prey to see how it acts before deciding the best way to approach it and attack.

dont worry, Devs already said they prefer human / humanoid Killers over any stereotypical monsters, so we wont be getting a spidermonster as a Killer.
we might however be getting a Killer that uses spiders - like sending big swarms of them out to attack Survivors or to sit on objects and make it so Survivors need to get rid of the spiders before they can start interacting with the object or spin spiderwebs around the map that slow people down when they walk through them, etc.

they always get it right besides the killer in the observers trailer was a spider so that garintees it because killers have been revealed through his lore

Only Blight has been revealed through lore though? Every other killer directly or indirectly talked about in the lore/tomes hasn’t been revealed as new killers yet. We still could see that Pig-Lady, the Vampire or that monster that attacked Haddie in the caves.. etc

Oh no, they should stop right there! So far any asymmetrical game dies almost immediately after introducing a spider character! Evolve introduced the Gorgon (seen above), and the game devs stop development and updating it like 2 months later because of the massive drop in popularity and players... The last Year introduced their Spider in December 2019, and the game practically Died as of March 2020!
BHVR needs to see the pattern here and avoid the same fatal mistake: Spider = Death to asymmetrical games!

she abosorbs others pain
just think about it when she stuns the killer she gets stronger with smash hit
when another survivor gets hit near her she becomes stealthier and dosn't leave blood or scratch marks
and when a survivor is hooked she gets smarter and can get extra progress for great skillchecks
she is taking everyone's energy
maybe yun-jin is the entity?

I'm not sure how a spider killer would work to begin with, considering the killer would clip through walls. Imagine the killer getting looped, especially in shack, would look hilarious.
Plus with the hint we got in the Yamaoka Estate, we're probably getting another Yamaoka killer.

I want a spider killer so badly.
Imagine, from the start of the game, there's webbing and the occasional tunnels dispersed throughout the map. If the survivors are within x meters from the tunnel, they emit killer instinct, notifying the killer that they're there.
The killers power can then be the ability to traverse around the map using these tunnels with no global audio queue, and pounce out from them for an insta-down if survivors are close enough.
Outside of the tunnels, the killer can only throw webbing or poison to slow/disorient survivors in a chase.
For hooking, the spider simply drags them inside of a tunnel and drops them in. Then they fall from the sky attached to a thread, dangling, wrapped up like a cocoon, next to the nearest hook.
That would be so awesome.

If they released it at stage 2 from the start and took out the microtransactions, I think it would have took off. But no, they had to put EA's greed to shame. In the words of AngryJoe "Is this blue? Your charging me 2 dollars for a $#@%ing blue gun!"

People only think that because of a recent archive video, same with the recent Vampire theories. Although, and this is something I saw in a video where the creator had a good point, if that was the next killed why would they show it so close to the release? Even Blight, who was in the archives, we technically didn't see BLIGHT's face or much about who Blight was other than he's an alchemist.

If someone has a legit phobia of something it’s ridiculous to expect a game developer to not bring that phobia into their game (if they’re planning to) in order to cater to your personal issues. Screams all sorts of entitlement.

Yeah the microtransaction and the black of Content in Stage 1 killed the Game Stage 2 was a very good Change but sadly to late to bring this amazing Game back ti life :(
