What happens if you hit them?

Yes they exist—a teeny tiny good skill check one will appear when using a toolbox with the skill check enlarging addons on these interactions.

  It's true, yeah. Rarely anyone brings one of those two addons, and it is an even rarer occurrence to have overcharge on top of that.
