Get Cucked Console Users
Hacking on console is 100% unnoticed by the devs. Played a game with a killer who had an obvious lag switch, reported them after the game, then went to do a follow-up report through email with footage. This is the response. Pretty dope. Comments

Console players dont need hacks, rank 1 is basically rank 20 there.

I've faced against a pig that lagswitched before. The ping was fine in the lobby but once we got into the game everything was extremly laggy. Then the pig showed up and my character was teleporting everywhere before I got downed far away from the pig. Anyway she hooked me and she downed everyone and everyone disconnected.0

Happened exactly the same to me some time ago. Green ping, match starts, pig does the ambush attack but i 360d her. I also dc'd that match. May have been possibly the only time I've ever had to dc (excluding when real life stuff happens but I normally go afk as killer so survivors still get some points same with survivors)Vietfox said:

Lagswitching on console is not "hacking", it's just pulling the plug for some seconds lol0

This is what people always forget since these 2 won't do it for free, they want money and control of it and Sony is especially stingy about doing it. As I've said before BHVR has been keeping a naughty list so all the people thinking they're safe are in for a rude awakening.
That's especially true for Ochido and all his fanboys/girls since those will get be in for a major shock once the ban hammer hits.

Are you sure there is going to be retroactive bans? I thought I read from a MOD saying that they are just logging complaints but no retroactive bans will take place. I haven't reported any lag switchers because of this since nothing is going to happen anyway. Maybe I'm wrong though....

Are you sure there is going to be retroactive bans? I thought I read from a MOD saying that they are just logging complaints but no retroactive bans will take place. I haven't reported any lag switchers because of this since nothing is going to happen anyway. Maybe I'm wrong though....
I read from a mod that people will be banned for what they did up until now.

It's also unnoticed by the Devs on PC too so don't feel bad.
They can Hardware ban someone for being mean, but theres this one hacker who regularily posts youtube videos taunting the Devs to ban him, and they do nothing to him.
He's even hacked vs NotQueen. Showing solid evidence the Devs could give a flying #########.

Maybe i just had ######### luck during this last event but i have had had more killers and survivors dc during this event then at any point i can ever remember. Killers dcing to derank i assume or just to screw survivors playing escape cakes and survivors dcing when killer plays pudding. I got the legion trophy because all 4 survivors disconnected when i played pudding. It happened multiple times as different killers. PS4 is toxic as ######### during this event.

Because the system is coming hopefully this month and bans will be applied retroactively once active. If you do nothing you're just enabling the jerks to continue to do it.

1) Lag switching isn't hack. It's network manipulation. There term you want is CHEATING.
2) It's not exclusive to DBD.
3) MS will ban people that lag switch so report them. Sony IDK, probably though.1 -

I've played DbD on pc till last summer and i've been playing it on console since september.
You were either lucky or your survivor rank was 20-15, but i can confirm that there are really good players on console and rank 1 is the same for both console and PC.

I hope bans never come. We need as many people playing as possible to keep the consoles alive.
At least for DCs. So many people DC in this game that perma banning for it would be an issue...

Xbox rank 1 is different. Idk much about PS4 rank 1, but Xbox rank 1 has some extremely skilled players. Calling it easy on console is offensive. Those players on Xbox rank 1 and PS4 rank 1 deserve to be respected a little. Rather then saying it's completely easy on console.

That's frame rate though not skill. 90% of the time when I miss an attack it's because I got frame drops when I pressed the button. If I didn't have frame drops trust me you will not dodge my swing so easily. Sometimes it happens almost every swing too, depends on the map and the fog. If a killer is whiffing a lot chances are they have frame drops and it's not because you are good at dodging.

Actually you don't want that you want bans so that people will stop dcing since there'll be a deterrent from doing it. When League had that same issue the same arguments were made and guess what people are less likely to do it when they've invested actual money in the account.

They do care, but as of now there is no way for them to ban console players. They are working on implementing it. Please be patient.
