Corrupt + Deadlock is better than Ruin + Undying
I believe Deadlock is very underrated. In good circumstances it will block gens that have a lot of progress and in total it gives you 120 seconds of being blocked. That's basically another Corrupt Intervention and it gives you some info. If you are tired of your Ruin going down in 30 seconds you should honestly try that combo, it feels great.

Both are good.
Ruin and Undying is stronger if it stays up.
Corrupt and Deadlock is way more reliable and will slow the game down regardless.
Overall I'd say Corrupt Deadlock is superior though since you can always rely on it.

Ruin Undying Corrupt Deadlock would be good all 4 together?

It's okay, but you also need to know when Deadlock blocks a gen ruin will not regress that gen so the combo can hurt ruin regression

I know, my issue with dreadlock that by the time I get there maybe my Pop gets expired. Ruin can be good if survivors don’t stay around, so the gen can regress after dreadlock.

I'll be honest, normally I don't run pop with Deadlock/Corrupt, I just let Deadlock slow the game down as much as that perk can and then use other perks for faster downs or a cheesy perk for end game.
Bambozzle is a good example, good perk on a lot of M1 killers like Myers, Leatherface, etc
Or Save the Best for Last on Demo, Trapper, Deathslinger (If he wasn't terrible now)
Bloodwarden for cheeky end game cheese
Or if I'm feeling spicy going Bloodwarden/NOED or Agitation/Starstruck
Something you can also try with Deadlock/Corrupt that I personally haven't would be Surge since it can pop gens even when blocked. Surge is kinda weak but if you are M1 downing people and slugging a lot it can be decent.

While i agree that deadlock is good do note that only in the best case scenario will it give you 120 seconds of block time.
Other gens can still be done while one is blocked
