Does reporting for blatantly salty dc get a punishment and which one is it? Not asking if you actually do it or not just which is the punishment.

The automated DC timeouts replaced manually reporting people for disconnecting midmatch.

DC's are not reportable as they're handled exclusively through the timeout system.

That's how it works. The first DC is a 5 minute ban. Within a certain time, each DC adds more to that.
When DC punishments are enabled, that is.

Don't report DCs because you can actually get yourself banned, they clearly say what not to report and disconnects are one of them. They consider it abusing the reporting system when you do it too many times even if it's unintentional, and I'm not saying it will happen but with amount of people that DC if you reported them all you could find yourself locked out if you didn't know better because it happens alot and naturally someone new to the game or unfamiliar with the rules could see that as a valid way to handle the situation even though that's not the case.
