Survivors DCing Should Count Towards Tome Progression

Tome challenges that are specific to Sacrifice or Kill, should be awarded progression if a Survivor DCs. It robs the player, forcing them to waste time that would have normally been used on fresh challenges.
The point is even more annoying due to the fact a killer DCing awards Survivors Escape Tome challenges.

Same with achievements such as Evil Incarnate. (Tombstone all 4 survivors as Myers)
Honestly, I think the best solution is to have a DC'd survivor replaced by either a bot or a husk (AI-less bot.)
This would prevent stuff like DCing on third hook to deny a BBQ or Pop activation, dcing to open the hatch, etc.

Yeah, bots need to be introduced into dbd for dc'd teammates.
