Second Wind/Renewal no longer requires you to not use a medkit?

Platform: PC

Description: Upon healing a survivor off hook with a medkit, I still gained full progress towards my Second Wind. This did not used to occur since the heal was considered a separate interaction when using a medkit. Is this a shadow buff or just an unintentional perk overlook?

Steps:

  1. Run Second Wind/Renewal.
  2. Bring a medkit into a trial with 16 charges.
  3. Heal a survivor, having no progress in Second Wind/Renewal, fully.

Occurence: Happened once and haven't been able to test again.

    who heals other people with med-kits?

    I hope this isn’t a bug, perks nowadays have way too many requirements and long cooldowns.
