"We'll Make It" is a 100% speed perk. Also, CoH cannot be superimposed. So it's already what you want it to be.

I really want to agree with what you said, but... the reality is that it can still be superimposed with other Perks.
Such as Botany Knowledge, Resilience... we haven't even mentioned Med-Kits yet.
Survivors can heal themselves in five seconds.This Perks is still a huge problem.
