DBD's Biggest Joke...
"Welcome to the fog"
"See you in the fog"
"Fog Whisperers"
WHAT "fog"?
The fog that was there last year? (maybe a little longer?)
The hazy white fog that would make any map a little more eerie if you brought a reagent?
Where is that fog now?
Seriously... What happened? lol
If you bring a reagent now, it looks like someone put out a single cigarette on the map and it's toxins are vaguely floating around.
Is there even plans to fix this? or.... is this what it is from here forward? :[

Sadly I never got to experience the actual fog. I wish they reactivated it for Halloween or something.

I think its just general terminology now. The fog primarily refers to the elements that shape the entities realm, rather than the literal fog itself.

Reshading beats it's up. People without brightness adjustment barely see anything on dark maps while others see whole map as if it's sunny day.
There's no point in fog now.

That's heartbreaking! We can only hope to see it again some day. :[

Wasn't the whole point of fog to shake things up and obstruct/increase one or the other side's vision?

The most effective way to counter Trapper is increase brightness & Low graphic.

"See you in the little greyish circle blobs" didn't have the same ring to it.

I would be all in for more fog on the maps. Especialy different versions of fog: Imagin a more gentle and white morning fog on the corn maps and a creepy dark version on the swap...
Damn...there are so many possibilities...also those offerings would no longer be a joke.

Thx no. Swamp is already dark enough i barely see anything with my short killers. Don't make me blind.

How about offerings that bring in the fog only for survivors but make it more transparent for Killers. After all the fog is supposed to be the Killers ally, right?

I would prefer this to be the default, to be honest. They already did something like this with the EGC, meaning it should be possible.

The fog is more of a lore element than a gameplay feature. It is present on most character backstories at the moment they are taken by the entity. But on the actual game you only see a dense fog when you first open it and when offerings are being burned.
