Demo shred, pig dash and victor pounce used to went through the survivor that used dead hard and pig dash would still hit the survivor because of her long dash.
Even if he prove only nemesis power is eaten by dead hard that still mean that powers like demo shred, pigs dash, victor pounce, billy chainsaw, huntress hatchet, deathslingers redeemer, trickster knifes, pinheads chains and blight lethal rushes would also get eaten by the hit validation.
Dead hard intended use is to dodge an attack not enduring it. It doesn't give i -frames for no reason. If a survivor use dead hard behind another survivor while the killer is attacking that can hit the other survivor, the killer shouldn't be punish for the mistake of the survivor which is why mettle of man got changes because it reward the survivor for doing nothing or rewarding them for something that should punish them.
Dead hard will be and always will be a unbalance perk unless they completely change the perk into something else.

I mean, there's also people who legit think dh is a balanced perk and that pre buff dh was "bad" because they might of ended exhausted on the ground if they used it wrong.
People in general downplay how busted dh is.

Does this new validation change how Victor works? I'm at work so I cant watch. I remember victor could get DH'd and still land a hit if timed right

You hear a survivor scream but not going down? Means the server saw the DH first thus cancelling your hit, latency plays a big factor in this.
Also a good survivor using DH is gonna play in a way thats risky but a lot more rewarding because they know they can get away with it, its not like its a completely mindless perk.

Are you really questioning the logic of a game where a teenager with a knife is able to take out 4 adult survivors? This is also the same game where you can get your back stabbed and only bleed and moan a little. Speaking of you can’t even bleed out or even slowed down by your injuries. And rubbing someone for a certain amount of time just suddenly heals that gash wound with that 5 inch machete which should’ve made you paralyzed.

I don't really understand what you're saying. You left out a lot of important stuff in your sentences and it makes it hard to follow.
You could always dead hard pigs attack. You dead hard into her just like demo and victor. You still have collision so killers just fly off to the side when you do that. No, i keeping getting mad at lunges ending prematurely, im losing distance from the survivor, i should be bodyblocking the pallet, but now im still behind the pallet, and im going to get stunned.... help me

Nemesis power just doesn't make any sense from it's core. How the hell a "whip" can only hit 1 target if its coming from above? (Don't even get me started on infection giving survivor a speed bost)

I've gotten robbed of so many of my ambush hits, just remove the i-frames on that perk.
