NOED Stats From 24 Solo Q Games
Hello,
I made a post on NOED and my views on it a few days ago. There was some intelligent discussion and someone piqued my interest with a comment. I thought about how many totems, on average, get cleansed in a Solo Q match.
I didn't remember the Devs ever giving us stats on that, so I went out and collected some for myself. This was using the perk Small Game, which tracks how many totems are destroyed throughout the match. I played 24 Solo Q matches. I'm sure your matches are vastly different and the Killer's NOED never procs or they never have NOED and that's fine. That's why these are just my matches. I'd invite you to jot down some info for yourself, if you like. I just hadn't ever seen this done before.
I don't know how to put them into a nice table because I'm stupid, so instead, I took a screenshot of the data.
Thoughts?

On the ones you put "no proc" did you keep track of the ones that the killer was not running NOED?

Yes, I did.

Where is that data?

#16 and #23 I believe.
I counted 23 because it technically did proc, but someone was cleansing the Dull Totem as it became a Hex, luckily for us.

In a very scribbled and messy notebook.
Most of the matches where "No Proc" is indicated did not have NOED at all, but that wasn't really the point of my experiment.

I think I'll do similar, with a subset of the data being about only the games where NOED procs and a separate figure being the number of games with NOED.

That would be good. I think that should also be tested.
That wasn't really the point of my experiment. My point was to see if cleansing all 5 totems as a Solo Q player is feasible and how often it happens.

I getcha. As I said in what I think was the thread that sparked your interest, I think most survivors should take it on themselves to be responsible for 2 totem locations - by rote, that'd mean all 5 get covered even without communication. My SWF team, even when we're doing SoloQ, tries to stick to that rule.
I'm just intrigued by your data and think another data set of related data would be interesting.

Yeah, for sure.
It'd certainly be helpful if other people cleansed, but most of the time even with Small Game I was running around way too much.
