Tome IX - CRESCENDO Bloody Good Level 1 Challenge not progressing

-Playing on PC
-No matter the killer I play as, Bloody Good challenge has not been progressing and I cannot continue on the tome.
-Occurred yesterday, 10/28 as well as today 10/29.

Same. I can't progress in the tome either.

Hmm. Restarted the game, deactivated and reactivated the challenge and got it in 1 game.
