Sudden Spikes in Ping

- Playstation 4. Ping fluctuates from 50-1100 ms rapidly. This occurs at the start of the trial and persists during already laggy events such as hitting a survivor. It has happened in 70% of my last 50 trials. The level of severity varied, but this has not been observed by myself prior to this update.

I figured, but was trying to use their template as accurately as possible.

Spikes have been happening more with the new patches. Console is affected by the lag spikes also.
