Delete Dead Hard !
Im sorry but I just can't take it anymore. This perk literally is just a survivor crutch because the way survivors use it and then t-bag and send a message saying " get better you trashcan" just annoys me. I know I use this perk on survivor and I see how bad it is for the killer to deal with it. I honestly hate it so much when I play killer because its just a 3rd health state for survivors if they screw up. Its crazy how when killers screw up it pretty much cost them the entire game but when survivors screw up 9 time outta 10 they can patch it up with a bandaid and still come back and win. To be honest I'd rather be exhausted on the ground than to get hit validated every time. I know I may sound like a hypocrite but like I just didn't know how to explain how much I hate dead hard. Might just have to play plague and use blood echo and thana for now on so I wouldn't have to deal with exhaustion perks whatsoever.

Honestly its just bad killer that complains about dead hard, for on many of my games I got too much proof of smart killers knowing how to counter it, if it needs to be gone so is noed for awarding a trash scrummy killers and we should be told stop doing bones for something someone may or may not have and that its our fault.

Remove both idc
3 -
Yep! Lets just remove a perk because it annoys you... Get over it.
4 -
Because both are stupid and unhealthy?
1 -
DH is fine.
3 -
DH should allow a boost forward. That's it.
Get hit? Tough. Also, you shouldn't be able to twinkle toe over a bloody bear trap. I mean come off it.
6 -
No, it really isn't, but it shouldn't be deleted.
5 -
yes

It's flawed, the ability to ignore a down mid loop is pretty dumb. Imagine if the killer could just jump over a pallet every 4 0 seconds, pretty fair right? And immediately lunge as well along with you being able to do nothing to stop it. But you can bait them to do it randomly ig
2 -
It's fine the way it is.
2 -
dead Hard is fine.
2 -
I mean tbf Iβve heard OhTofu complain about Dead Hard and heβs definitely not a bad killer.
2 -
Maybe when low-skill players use it.
The Dwight who Dead Hard's into a wall isn't the issue.
0 -
It won't be deleted but possibly will get changed.
Since Deathslinger ADS and Spirit stand-still mindgame have been gone and nerfed, I think this needs change as well.
1 -
It's completely fine. I'd rather go against a team with 4 DH's than a team using SB... DH gives very little distance and can be used wrong (Dead hard into wall). SB can be used to make it to a window or pallet without getting injured (taking even longer to down them). DH does not need any changes.

You know it sounds like some of you people never played games that have you press a button to avoid damage else it maybe major damage or one hit ko, and what good is dead hard if someone use a expose build and or a killer with a one hit down ?. My final say if you dont like something either deal with it or just find something else to play, people gonna use w.e they want broken, balanced or whatever. Using something for ones comfort whether you like or hate it should not be your problem . Finally it should not be saying that its cause the player is bad or whatever cause this is not very true.

aah see there ya go if its mid to high survivors its more an issue.

Delete the game from your library if DH gets you this riled up.
2 -
How to counter dead hard for distance.I think thats this guy case.
0 -
Sprint Burst gives me a choice not to commit to a chase I know will be 45 seconds.
Dead Hard bails out Survivors and allows them to tack on extra time when they should have gone down.
Dead Hard needs it's distance nerfed or its I-frames removed. Take your pick.
1 -
2021 and we still have the whole 'get rid of dead hard or get rid of noed' arguments.
Just learn to not take this game so serious like your life depends on it, both sides have crutch perks, get over it.
2 -
Say it again :D

Honestly its just Bad Survivors that complains about tunneling and NOED
1 -
NOED is a problem, just like DH.
They both need adjustments.
0 -
I wouldn't run Dead Hard as much if it wasn't one of the few perks that's actually helpful against the S tier killers like Nurse and Blight
it's one of the few things that can buy you some precious time against their oppressive powers
0 -
Honestly its just bad killers that need to tunnel and needs noed specially a myers and a bubba carrying it.
0 -
NOED isnt a Problem like DH DH CAN be used everytime a Survivor got injured its a 3rd Heal State and cost the Killer was to much time NOED is only usable at Endgame and can be destroyed
My Last time i hv played NOED was like 3 Years ago because it always feels like a wasted Perk slot for the Match

Neither. It's exactly the same for SB. You guys are just gonna have to deal with it. I don't have any problems with Dh when I play killer. SB is better imo. @Pulsar
1 -
Dead Hard has issues, but it shouldn't be outright deleted. It needs to be reworked.
2 -
Nah, both need changes.
They are extremely unhealthy.
It's not the same for SB, else SB would be the third most picked perk. I'm glad you're so much better than the rest of us, but us non-omniscient Killers realize that DH is an issue

How often do you think Solo Q cleanses all 5 totems?
1 -
Also when can you find the time to do all 5 totems when the killer is legitimately facecamping someone to death and they know they can not care about the gens because they have NOED
There's no winning there
0 -
Or when the Killer is running PGTW, Corrupt, Deadlock and NOED and they aren't stupid?
2 -
Just give deadhard 2 charges that you can only use at full health, problem solved. You should not have the physical strength to dash forward when you are injured. Period
0 -
Sorry, but i donβt agree. In the right hands its too strong. It can extend chase quite a lot. Itβs not coincidence that my lobbies are full of DHs. If we can have a no DH weekend, so we could see how the kill rate would change.

Dead hard just doesn't make sense, I mean dead hard... hard dead... ######### does that even mean? Its the weirdest perk name anyone could come up with. Its pared with we're gonna live forever which at least is based off a song. ######### name it dead hard?
0 -
British slang. "Dead" is often used as an intensifier- EG, if something's very good, you could say it's "dead good", and "hard" is slang for "tough". So "Dead Hard" means "very tough".
Simplified, but that's the gist.

That's some cockney ######### if I ever heard it

David's from Manchester, so not Cockney, but close enough!

Do Bones

get better at faking and countering dead hard
0 -
Cause they think the game has a in build in voice chat to communicate to randoms to do totems ^.^ If only.

I say we remove ALL perks and items and go back to just our skill. Let's see how well anyone plays without Perks backing them up.....without items holding their hands.....and this goes for both sides.
2 -
The fact that people in here think Dead Hard and NOED are comparable tells you all you need to know. One can be removed and might lead to 1-2 kills. The other can be used multiple times and has literally no counterplay.
1 -
I don't have a problem with survivors using Dead Hard. I would too. So try again ππ
0 -
I wanna see this happen for maybe one day.
1 -
Oh really but you always comment about it though π

Nope. You're wrong. I've never complained about Dead Hard or said it should be removed. Try again.

Surprisingly I have never used DH or DS. I find them to be toxic to killers. With that said I don't hate on those who use it. It's an evil necessity.
