Why do people get mad over this?

So as a Nemesis main I have realized that I'm just gonna get a lot of DCs. And it is actually happening. I never got why people got mad though because I don't farm or let them live because like half the team DCs. I understand why people get mad but every time I get messages directed towards me. They call me an ######### or whatever. No it doesn't really bother me much or hurt my feelings. I really don't care much. I just don't understand it. Why do people EXPECT me to let them live or whatever? And how does that make me an ######### for just wanting to continue as normal? I get it isn't nice to just kill them but the idea that it is scummy is just false. Sure it is nicer to do that stuff but not being nice isn't being mean. The same thing happens when I say I don't care about another persons fun in the game if I camp at like 1 or 0 gens. It's not me being an #########. It's just not being nice. It's as simple as that.

    I dunno, some survivors are awful. Two days ago one survivor DC'd because I refused to chase them and then a second survivor DC'd not long after being unhooked. So, there were two survivors left, I felt bad, so I went and stood near an exit gate to let them do gens and escape... they took 10+ minutes to do two gens. Not even kidding. With crap like that, no survivor should ever expect or feel entitled to killers being nice about DCs. You never know when it's going to bite you in the ass and make you regret all your life choices.

    I will let one out usually if one dc's. I just hate easy games. But survivors shouldn't feel entitled to being let go

    Honestly in that situation unless im in an extremely good mood I usually just end it and rip the bandaid off rather than stretch it out and make people feel like I am only farming because I pity them when I think the better pity is just letting them get to the next match faster so they can put the thoughts of those bad teammates behind them

    I don't mind when someone plays normally after a early DC, but I don't understand the people that go the extra mile with slugging, camping, and tunneling as if they're facing some swat squad or they only have one hook with 1 gen left.

    They're more then welcome to play how they want of course, I just don't understand going that hard against randoms when you've already won. Just seems like overkill to me but to each their own.
