... what would you add to the BASEKIT on BOTH sides? I talk about perks like Dead Hard, Tinkerer, Corruption, Borrowed Time?

    I like that idea. Nothing too op, and DS could prevent insta-tunneling. And Pop helps to slow down the Generators.

    And Kindred, i forgot to say it before, is very smart, as it would help with campers, should the distance be nerfed just a little bit for it?

    Corrupt make sense, when 3 survivors are on a starter gen they can finish it before you even arrive on some maps, haha.

    On the survivor end, a portion of Kindred -- allowing you to see the other survivors' locations, but not the killer's (regular Kindred could receive a buff to make the perk still worth running in this case). Knowing if someone else is going to get a rescue or not would be a major QOL change to solo survivor play, and it wouldn't help SWF, who are communicating that info anyway.

    For killer, some form of watered-down Pop for actual generator regression when kicking a generator, which at the moment is pretty much useless if you don't have a perk tied to it. Nothing that would match the regression you get from having said perks like Pop, but something more substantial than what currently exists. Even having Overcharge as base-kit -- making gen-tapping a thing of the past, and making a gen kick at least require a survivor to hit a tougher (but manageable) skill check before they're able to stop the regression -- would be a nice QOL change. If nothing to help gen regression normally, then some base-kit Corrupt that would block 3 random generators, instead of the ones furthest away, and for a shorter period of time (even 30 seconds would be worthwhile) would be a nice QOL early-game slowdown to allow a killer to at least get across the map to find someone before a gen is ready to finish.

    You could fix teh speeds and some maps at least by certain perks.

    I also one when i had no perks on killer, and even some when i didn't had any on survivor, no argument.

    let's say the perks would vanish and go to the base kit. So you wouldn't need them equipped. We ignore the fact if they are survivor perks or killer perks and they would need a new one. That is just a theoretical question anyways :D

    I think honestly the problem for killer is that base regression is so slow, it takes about 4 times as long to fully regress a gen as it takes to fully repair it. Ruin makes this 2x slow. I think that ruin regression should be base kit, but you still have to kick it. Personally giving killers pop and corrupt on top of 4 perks is a tad oppressive. I'd prefer pop because it promotes not camping and going to pressure gens.

    For survivor kindred I think should be base purely for the fact it only helps solo queue, SWF don't get any more info than usual. For BT, I think it should be nerfed to about 5 seconds, and the unhooked survivor also loses collision so you can't bodyblock

    Survivor deserves half of Kindred as base kit, SoloQ should be able to see what teammates are doing when someone is hooked, at least see whenever a Survivor is within like 40 meters of the person hooked.

    For Killer it would have to be Deadlock. Using Deadlock frequently made me realize 2 things, this perk is awesome and if it was basekit it would change almost nothing lol. It just feels really nice to have, gens still fly but it takes the edge off a bit which is nice.

    Yeah, kindred i can agree is a smart idea, as it also would help with camping a bit (even if it should still be possible imo)

    Deadlock is an interesting idea, i think i don't see it often. At least from what i can tell :D

    Yeah i think one thing i hate about regression is that the survivor only needs to "tap" the gen to not regress, they should make it to 1-2 seconds until it stops regressing, you literally can stop regression in mid chase :'D

    It would make kicking a gen more useful.

    BT is a classic, and someone said DS, which i like, they can also play the Nintendo DS while doing gen xD. But yes, BT as basekit would be accepted from my side :P Maybe make it 7 seconds, it would be more fair i think.

    Survivor - Kindred and totem counter on Small Game. These would really just help out solo q.

    Killer - Predator, Monstrous Shrine and NOED. Predator would just be bit helpful, not complete game changer. Monstrous Shrine would make the basement more threatening than it actually is - survivors should be bit more nervous about looping killer around basement. NOED if it will activate every match there is a dull totem then survivors will spend more time looking for dull totems, no more "killer might not be running it so I won't bother with totems."

    Honestly, this is a very though question.

    There is a reason why many effects are restricted to perks, and not implemented into the character's base kit directly.

    However, if I really had to choose...

    A small part of Kindred for Survivors and an even smaller part of current Ruin for killers.

    Kindred, Bitter Murmur, No One Left Behind, NOED - tried to keep it to generic perks. Buffs to SoloQ, mostly, plus a basekit NOED which I think would solve both side's issues with the perk to a degree.

    I do like the ideas of a mini Pop or BT, but I don't want the Clown or Bill to lose their individual spark.

    Edit: My friend says Blighted Serum should be basekit with a new keybind like E
