The Game was not Ready for Boon(More Specifically C.O.H)
Currently Camping & Tunneling has become Big Issues & the reason behinds this are because of Boons.The Game is clearly not balanced & the Boons are exemplify the Problems.Shadowstep is a Niche Perk but C.O.H is clearly shows the problem.Healing is a very Important Mechanic in the game but becomes a Problem when someone can heal anytime because it eliminates one of the few ways for a Killer to make Pressure by forcing Killers to Commit to every chase or else(Forcing a Killer to make Mistakes) if they let them go the killer wasted their time just for the survivor to heal themselves,which in turn force them to Slug,Camp,or Tunnel to have a chance of trying get atleast get the 1k.Secondly the Counterplay for it sounds good on Paper,find the Totem & snuff it out but soons fail when you realize that even if you snuff it can be replaced which means the Killer has to either wast their Time & or Pressure to find multiple times a match to temporarly Disable a Medkit with Unlimited Charges.

And I guess all the camping and tunneling BEFORE boons were announced were by psychic killer mains?
Boons are already starting to fall off. Where two weeks ago used to see four a game, not you'll see one or two (soloQ at least). That will continue to drop as more and more survivors realize finding and blessing a boon = half a gen not done. And the longer the game takes, the less it favors survivors. SWFs will probably keep a designated boon bringer. But in soloQ, those two perks slots could have better survivability than boons provide.
