What do you guys think is the perk that needs to be patched the most.
For me, aftercare needs a buff most of all. Actually, only the effect that everything is reset when hooked has to go away. Or it has to be weakened. Which perk needs a nerf / buff the most for you?

I'd love to see Dying Light and Sole Survivor tweaked, so that Michael and Laurie can have a full suite of genuinely useful perks.

Personally, buff Ace in the Hole, Leader and nerf Play With Your Food.
Also re-adjust Pop Goes the Wheesl to have old 60 seconds.
About others, Iron Will, Dead Hard. (Nerf) / Off the Record, Pharmacy, Sole Survivor, Lightweight. (Buff)
All Wraith, Huntress' perks, Surge (Jolt), Fire Up, Remember Me, Furtive Chase, Overwhelming/Unnerving Presence. (Buff)

False positives need to be patched out of Dead Hard validation.
Outside of that, NOED needs a rework.

Distortion. Make it unlimited. Give it the Windows of Opportunity buff so it is actually useful.

Solidarity. Make it work with medkits and taking a protection hit starts your heal percentage at 50%

I thing we should talk more about perks no one ever uses. Like DS, DS needs a serious rework on account of the fact that when killers find me in a locker, I don't have DS and they check anyway because they don't care. How am I supposed to mind game killers into thinking I have a perk that I really don't now? I guess dead hard is still a thing.

Aftercare is a really nice perk in solo Q. For me its furative chase.

Monstrous Shrine is probably the weakest killer perk, it could really use a buff or revamp. The problem is that making it harder to pull yourself off a hook is a pretty insignificant effect since smart survivors almost always wait for rescue rather than try to pull themselves off. And the timer penalty on the hook isn't too significant either.
I'd love to see this be something a little scarier for survivors considering it requires getting to the basement to use it. Maybe the person rescued or the rescuer or both become Mangled and Hemorrhage, and/or maybe increase the time it takes to pull someone off the hook by, say, 2/3/4 seconds. And maybe let the killer see the hook auras for the basement at all times, not just when carrying a survivor. Basically anything that makes those particular hooks even scarier than usual with a real impact.

Everything that doesn't directly buff a survivers durability should be buffed
Like visionary remove the cool down and it becomes a good perk

Yeah it is a nice perk I agree. But the effect that your aura reading ability is going to reset when you are hooked is pretty stupid I think. Remove this mechanic and it becomes an amazing perk for Solo Q
