Has anyone ever noticed that female killers are usually better than their male counterpart?
There seems to be a trend where when killer are comparable, the female killer usually comes out as the better version
Nurse better than Blight
Spirit better than Wraith
Hag better than Trapper
Artist better than Pyramid Head
Huntress better than Slinger/trickster

Hey, you forgot to compare Huntress and Deathslinger, Plague and Legion, and maybe Pig and Ghostface?

Huntress is better than Deathslinger for sure and Plague is obviously better than Legion.
Pig and Ghostface is actually close tho.

To be fair, one of those is comparing a female killer and a group that contains two women, so not the most apt for these purposes.

Artist and Pyramid head function similarly at loops so I think it is fair
Sorry, I will add huntress, I had forgotten about her. Legion is a "they" so I can't count them. As for Pig/Ghostface I had forgotten about them LOL

I mean, sure, but are they actually similar? They can cross distance quickly, but I think saying their powers are comparable otherwise is a stretch.

No worries, I was actually intending to agree with you with that post but in a roundabout way.
Sadly I didn't pay enough attention to the word choice and format, so the sarcasm wasn't communicated as well as it could have been.
To be more blunt, I do agree with your comparisons and think it is kinda funny in hindsight.

Also, even if you don't include it, I do personally consider Legion a male just because the team leader is one and think Plague is by leagues stronger.

Yeah … you cannot compare 2 killer on … same power effect …. Spirit power is instant … instead of wraith for exemple

The majority of female killers just seem to be strong in general. Pretty cool stuff! Media can always use more strong, female characters.

Spirit and Wraith is one of the only viable comparisons besides Trapper and Hag. The power is nearly identical.

I remember before Oni the top tier killers were basically only women. Nurse, Spirit, Hag, Huntress.

I would say Artist is more like Doctor than Pyramid Head. Both she and Doctor has excellent long range tracking and zoning at loops but have no movement ability. Pyramid Head also has zoning at loops but his tracking isn’t nearly as good as those two and his ability to Cage or Execute survivors is unique.
Now whether you think Artist is better than Doctor, that’s the question. 🤷♂️

I played several matches on the PTB as the Artist, plus I played extensively in KYF around many weak and strong loops. I think her zoning feels a lot like pyramid head forcing lose/lose situations on the survivor.
I think she is better than doctor, she can shut down jungle gyms so easily, but I am open to change my mind in the future. I think she is very strong

Yo I'm not gonna lie, hard disagree on the Artist being better than Pryamid Head, she has better anti loop, but Pyramid Head still has decent anti loop, forces the survivors to be mobile, and can ignore hook perks from the survivors, Pyramid is way better homie.

I haven't noticed because I'm not looking to find something that isn't there. None of the killers are comparable and I do better with male killers. I'm decent with Spirit.
