That's what you're seeing, you're swinging, the survivor is dead harding and the server is validating it

HIT VALIDATION OR ANOTHER BUG?

Everytime I play as killer and hit a survivor, my hit is not validated and my internet is great. Thanks. The survivor screams but simply doesn't fall. This is already ridiculous. Every match is the same thing. Anyone else with this problem? Really annoying.

Nah, it's happening to me when suvivor doesn't use 'Dead Hard' either. That's why I think it's a bug.

There's only two kinds of validation that I'm aware of
The Dead Hard validation and the Pallet validation. Those are the only instances that seem to cause the whole 'hit, scream but no health state change' thing. It's possible there's something else but from my experience those are the only things that seem to cause it
There is a bug with plague's vomit hits not registering properly as well, that's the only other thing I can think of

I've had it happen when versing a killer that made my internet show the slow connection white icon. I have fiber optic internet and that's the only time I've seen it all month I've been back. I took 4 months off. It's probably your location and internet but you don't want to hear that LOL!
