There is a bug when borrowed time just disappears or does not activate and it does not work on leatherface or billy's chainsaw

    The cosmetics are put into the game early and, I assume, have a timer set for their release. Notice how the game never needs to update when new outfits are released (plus they can be seen in the files long before release)

    So it has nothing at all to do with bug fixing.
