PC - Stuck in the endgame chat.

I'm playing on PC (steam) and sometimes after a match when I press "continue" I'm just stuck in the endgame chat. I have to restart dbd to do something. It's been like that for a month or two.
Characters doesn't matter - I can play as Dwight, Yui, Michael or Blight and still get stuck.
I don't know if it's just me or not, but this is annoying.

Yep! I moved dbd to C drive and everything is fine now.
