Where is the cenobite?
I have played two game against the cenobite and that was like a month ago I haven't seen him since only killer I have really seen is deathslinger which is weird cause not many people like him

I went up against him twice last night

Because Pinhead is extremely difficult to play well, is pretty weak without certain add-ons, has the main part of his power mostly in the survivors' control, and his chase power is incredibly underwhelming. Also no mobility or anything "fun".
Plus there's the whole NFT thing, and the fact he's getting nerfed (and because of his high kill rate at low MMR, will continue to get nerfed) because new survivors don't know what his box does, and the fact he's probably the least well-known licensed killer we have besides Pig. All of these combined means there's very few reasons to play him unless you just like his power and are playing entirely for fun - and playing for fun becomes less fun when you get stomped by the third team in a row and receive the teabagging/GGEZ of the century.
After the nerf, I wouldn't be surprised if he dropped to pick rate levels of Billy and Twins.

As an aside as more killers are added it’s not surprising that individual killers are seen less and less often. For instance, personally when I play I just run a game or two with whatever killer happens to be my daily mission that night. So since I’m playing a totally random killer I only play a given killer on average one or two nights a month. I’m sure I’m an exception there, but I also wouldn’t be surprised a lot of people do at least play a match or two out of however many matches they play in a night doing a random mission, so at least some of their choices will be basically random. So even though there are killers that are more or less popular than average you’ll always have some of that random spread in selection, and the more killers are added the wider that spread.

Killer I see the least is probably Twins. No surprise there.
-Boons have gutted their only viable play style
-Nerfed unnecessarily and in a way that makes them unfun to play

Why am I the only one who has been playing against Cenobite a lot?

As others have said, Pinhead is the epitome of 'high risk, low reward'. He's very difficult to play while at the same time not being all that powerful - aside from 1 specific addon which oddly enough was not the focus of the nerfs. And that's before we get into the various dramas around NFTs and his voicing.
As survivor, I see a lot of Huntress, Bubba, Spirit and Nemesis. I'm seeing a few Tricksters now too thanks to the season.
I've only ever seen 1 Hag and 1 Myers. I've never seen a Pig or the Twins.

Rarely see Cenobite, Twins, Freddy or Clown.

He takes too much skill for his very lackluster reward mid chase and his Passive is garbage without addons (which got killed) and perks. Also the NFT came up which understandably made people not want to support Pinhead

Can I ask how long you have been playing and what region etc you play?
So weird to me that you have only even seen 1 Myers and no Pigs; Myers especially seems really popular.
Maybe you're at a much higher MMR than me maybe? Though I do see a lot of Blights at mine.

Most common for me atm is Huntress, Doctor and Demo. Barely seeing any Oni or Blights.
