Can we get a Billy movement going?
I, and many other people, think Billy is still super fun to go against and super fun to play.
While his addons aren't the best and such, he is still somewhat viable and he still has some decent addons. So I was wondering if we got more people to play Billy.
Maybe by doing this we can bring some much needed attention to potentially buffing Billy in a way, who knows?
I just really want to see more Billys, he's my main by he's so rarely used anymore.

Even when I lose against Billy I feel bad for them tbh.
Especially if they go for chainsaws when I am already injured and risk not getting a down. And for some reason I rarely see them bm or act douchey. Which just makes me more sad.

Billy players just tend to be cool people, they don't care that much about winning from what I can tell, they just want to have fun, while also giving room for survivors to have fun themselves.
Billy players are a gem in this community.

Hillbilly needs stronger addons with fewer downsides to retain interest.
His purples each have a large drawback. He’s the only melee 110 killer with Tuned Carberator and it truly ruins his viability.
His iridescents look great on paper; aren’t effective or something to fear.
His ‘strong’ green addons require survivors to give him the power up (horrific concept).
Pighouse Gloves and Big Buckle are too restrictive. I think they could make minor adjustments to each of these addons and suddenly he’s a more fun killer. It’s like he’s in the developers doghouse.

I don't get why you would want more people to play him. If else, the fact that nobody wants to touch him is a good indication that he needs a change.
People didn't want to adapt to the dumpster fire buggy mess that is the modern Billy, they just want the old one back which on top of being way stronger and more fun, was also much less janky.

All I want is his roar to be removed as it would allow a few more cool tricks to be performed.
Otherwise, I've never really been one to use add ons, although I will acknowledge a lot of his seem notably week so I'd be up for another few being buffed.
And overheat is fine imo as the amount of times you overheat is slim if you don't overuse your chainsaw.

It would be nice if his chainsaw moved at one acceptable speed, and had more control of his turning. But that will never happen

Billy will always be my main and I still think he's decent.
If you get a Billy who goes for chainsaws even if your injured your have a pretty cool dude in your game who wants a fun game, not a sweatfest.

I love going against Billy killers. Those are always some of the best matches as a survivor. Most Billy players are also very fair IMO.

A lot of his addons need to be reworked for sure, that is about it honestly. Which is funny enough, what needed to happen originally. Was slight tweaks, but BHVR isn't great with small changes clearly.
As stupid as the overheat mechanic is, I managed to more or less get used to it, not that it really changed a hell of a lot for his gameplay.
I still think his battle roar needs a little change to, just sounds... Meh..
BHVR just likes to mess and change for the sake of change most of the time is what it feels like. Which can get kind of annoying.

There was a massive outcry at the time of his nerf. I'm not optimistic about his chances.

Within the last 50 games I played as a soloQ survivor, I've met Billies 2 times. One time he got 3k+hatch, the other - 4k. So Billy's kill rate is 3.5 kills per game on average, 4k flat if you consider hatches as kills. Seems pretty strong to me.

They need to buff his chainsaw speed movement increase his movement control while dashing buff his addons and decrease his overheat. And finally fix his fov and movements. If they do all this people will play him because hi will be fair and fun

I dont have Billy but if I dont have a rift or daily I tend to be silly and have fun with the survivors, like one game on Blackwater I had a Maleka and Yui at a exit gate I opened as Demo, i peek around the corner and they started to chase me around the map lol it was fun for all.

He is fun but people don't pick him when they want to win.
Hard to play well, big punish if you do mistake with your power, bad addons generaly speaking.

Oh yeah, the 5 Billys who play with green Engravings + Lopro Chains or double Engravings who will get demolished as soon as they go against people who actually know how to play against these things.
People switched to Blight because he can actually win games instead of being just a cool gimmick.

IMO his basekit should go back to what it was. The heat mechanic should just be removed, no one asked for it.
Also can we remove that stupid scream he makes every time he uses his chainsaw?

They made the saw way to loud and the roar gets on my nerves. I have legacy billy but i just can't stand playing him just from the noises he makes alone, not to mention all the other nerfs.

I was once told by a long-time billy user that the speed of a hillbilly with a chainsaw used to be the same speed as a running survivor(4.0 m/s), but now the speed is decreasing(3.68 m/s?)🙄
If it's true, I hope you fix it. I want to see more of Billy.
