Is this bannable?
Hey so, had a match where a David was bodyblocking doors, pallets, alerting the killer etc. At first I thought that the killer might find this ridiculous and kill him too. But instead of doing that, he started abusing the fact that our teammate was trolling and killed me and the other two survivors. I'm asking because I don't know if my report is useless.
oh and bonus points when he let him escape at the end

Allegedly at least. "Working with the killer" is on the list for reportable stuff for griefing. Whether or not the reports just go straight into a void and get deleted after they are sent I'm not sure.

Your report is useless if you didn't include video proof. But yes, it is bannable.

Yeah, this is why I posted this 'cus I know how BHVR are with reports. They'll both probably get banned if people mass report them, which will happen if they keep playing like this.

I don't know how effective the report system in the game is. If next time you find such behavior and cooperation of survivor and killer, report them both in-game and submit a support ticket along with screenshot or video.

"Working with the killer" is a notable offense... for the survivor. Maybe not for the killer.
The killer may not have been specifically "working with" the survivor, merely capitalising on the opportunities that survivor created. The killer is under no obligation to go easy on you just because another survivor is sabotaging the game.
The fact that they let them escape is suspicious, but not proof of collusion, they may have been intending to let one survivor go anyway (to maintain MMR) and David happened to be the last one alive.
That said, if it were me. I would likely have used the David to hook the rest of you twice, then sacrifice David and let the rest of you go.

I would agree but abusing the situation the way this killer did is unacceptable in my opinion. We were at five gens when he found us, initiated a chase with me in shack, window got blocked, David stood at the door, killer downed me and starting nodding at David (who did the same and walked away). When I was the last one besides David, both of them were literally running to where I was.
If it weren't for these facts I would've probably only reported the David, since he was the culprit, but nope, the killer was fully aware of what was happening and used it to get an easy 3k.
Shame players like this exist, but here's to hoping that at least the David gets banned so he knows that he can't just get away with behavior like this.

The report is useless no matter what. I have blatant hacker reports from months ago still open/unresolved. With blatant video evidence. I'm pretty sure they don't look at reports unless you are some big time streamer.

Sounds like you are just being petty here. What is that killer supposed to do? Go stand in a corner and wait for you to finish 5 gens? I'm pretty sure he just wanted to kill everyone, for the game to be over and move on to the next match. A more fun match. And so should you.
What actually might have happened is that you did something to sandbag him first. Killer saw it too, and you got punished for it. Whether you did so intentionally or not. As it is extremely rare to have an actual troll like that sabotaging everyone. In fact I have never seen it myself in 2K hours, unless I accidentally sandbagged someone, and they thought it was on purpose. Deal with the consequences, it is just a game.

I just explained what happened to the other person. Don't know why I'm being called petty for this but okay.
Never said anything about the killer having to stand still and do nothing either.
And yeah I did move on, I just hopped in the next game.
