Lost Mikaela Reid!
Hi all,
I've been trying to contact support for the past 2 weeks and have not gotten any response. Have any of you come to this issue where you bought the character, progressed the character, then all of a sudden the character is not available to be used anymore?
I bought Mikaela when she first came out, bought new outfits and leveled her to 50 already. I logged in 2 weeks ago and all of a sudden I can't use her, the game prompted me to buy her again.
Any of you ran into this issue before? Please Help :(

My guess is that you bought a bundle of characters recently. There is a known issue that has been, presumably, patched that solved this. The means to solve it was, if I recall correctly, to go through the buying process in your platform again and then cancel before paying so the game "registers" that you own the DLC which should be in your library.

Thank you! Let me give that a try right now, I did buy the Resident Evil DLC recently, but I didn't get the Witch DLC that had Mikaela. I just bought her character with shards, I wonder if that might be the cause

yeah it looks like it doesn't work, it must be because I bought her with shards smh. Debating whether I should just cave and spend money on the DLC instead. It's just the principle for me at this point, annoying that support hasn't gotten back to me either. it's been more than 2 weeks

That sounds really frustrating :(
i would not recommend to just buy her as they should have the correct info that you already purchased her and even progressed her! But I know that is easier said that done.
what would be the way if support doesn’t respond for 2 weeks?

Support will respond, just unfortunately they are inundated with tickets the present time. But they will get to everything, it just might involve a longer waiting time than normal I'm afraid.
(edited to add, I'd also already responded on the OP's other thread with the situation).

Thank you y'all! I saw DBD tweeting about the DDoS stuff, so it makes sense that they are inundated with tickets, maybe the silver lining is I haven't played at all these past 2 weeks lol
