What if you see gens half repaired but in reality it's not? Or a exit gate with 2 red lights on but it was never lit in the first place?
make doctor hallucinations better please

what if instead of half done gens its looks like its already completed? That way the survivor may not do ot right away.

I think you are very optimistic if you believe they will change the animations themself.

I can already imagine how bugged would that be considering their previous "work".
Gens poping on their own or gates opening and egc starting before the game was even close to over.

Even assuming they didn’t change the piston animations, they could still do a fake gen completion sound with fake light flash that only the Mad survivor can see. Obviously it wouldn’t fool the survivor very long at all, but it could be enough of a surprise to get them to let go for a moment, which can sometimes lead to accidentally missed skill checks.
Also, if it went in the same vein as the fake doctors, the Doctor could possibly see the fake gen completion flash and know someone was there.

Doctor hallucination should walk towards you. I can imagine that being terrifying as hell. Just seeing a doctor walk towards you through a wall.
Maybe give the hallucinations their own TR.
Also, Windows of Opportunity should NOT show fake pallet aura's...
