Boon Spammers = New Self Care.
Has anyone noticed how usually people who bring Boon perks are just mostly useless for the rest of the game?
Every time they place a boon and a killer crushes it, they feel the need to go back there and bless it again, for it to get crushed again, blessed, etc.
I've find that a lot of people who use equip a boon perk waste just as much time as people who have to self care constantly.

In most maps, I have no idea how that's possible. Most totem spots are really obvious.

Well even if we assume the killer just immediately keeps snuffing it out every time, it's still generally in your favor. The killer is wasting lots of time dealing with it over and over, more than it's costing your team.
Every second that killer wastes is 4 seconds your team gains. 3 if you wanna assume that person is just sitting there waiting to keep relighting for some reason.

Crushing them is way faster than blessing.
So no, not in my favor when I gotta keep doing gens by myself and people are being useless by spamming boons.

I always get that Mikaela that blesses another totem when the killer hasn't even snuffed the first one.

Noed isnt OP, it's crappy designed though. So are Boons. So are all hexes. I think they need to just throw away the totem stuff in the trash and come up with something that is more engaging and less rng.

Selfcare = 32sec, for a single heal.
Boon 14sec + 16sec heal = 30sec. For that single heal. Except Boon gives unlimited Brown medkit, to everyone. Able to heal twice is already benefit compare to the blessing time you gave.

It's still a waste of time if people keep blessing over and over while there's gens to be done.

Boon = 14 seconds
Walk over and crush time = At least 6 seconds
6x4=24 seconds
Like I said vastly in your favor. Your team is gaining more than he's spending.
This is also assuming many favorable things for the killer. Depending on the map he could be wasting much more than 6 seconds and he is dropping map pressure to go over as well.

That's interesting. I'm on the fence about running it (with Small Game) because they're not always easy to find. Some matches it really makes a difference, other matches it feels like a waste of time trying to hunt them instead of getting on a generator.
Problem with bless it can be interrupted by killer if they know where it is, then you have to start over. It adds more time to healing, where as with Self Care you can heal a bit, find a new place to hide and heal some more.
Where the boons really shine is bringing them in at after half way and we are losing. Shadow Step or CoH can help prolong the losing game, which makes it more fun.

3 original maps, Boon isnt strong, easy to be found. For maps like indoor & swamp map. You may only need to bless once, and it lives a whole game.

Racoon, yes, I understand. But any indoor map beside Racoon is do-able with 4 survivors. Beside, survivors side have Small game, Counter force, Detective hunch, and Map item. For Killer? its a sound.

Not like you can max that by doing the actual objective instead... you aren't getting more for blessing since it's capped.
