What If The BP Gains From BBQ and WGLF Were Baseline On All Killers/Survivors?
Man, this would be such a gift. I'd be able to put together far more creative builds without worrying about a mandatory slot to help make the grind a bit better.
It's absolutely nutty that I can throw 4m BP into a killer and still not unlock all the perks I want to experiment with.

Double BP should be default by now, without BBQ or WGLF requirements.

In the old days, there was a time when killers depended on bc to catch survivors in a row but even that was before the map nerf
nowdays there no one call bc nerfs, killers naturally use ci so I think it is true that the overall level has risen a lot

Id rather BHVR just remove perk tiers. That would cut the grind by a metric ton.

Eh. I think that BBQ would need the aura duration extended and WGLF would also need a small buff to compensate.
The issue is more that these perks feel somewhat mandatory due to the grind.

BBQ pushes me into a 'hook everyone at least once before I start tunneling someone' style.

Make it so, remove the monthly BP reward and rework the ranking system to be related with MMR and bam, 2 problems solved.

This is a terrible idea!
If the occasional double BP weekend on major holiday events was deemed enough to ruin the BP economy by the developers, imagine if everyone had it baseline?
You should be super thankful that it only takes around 3,500 hours worth of pure in-game grinding to max out your characters (excluding prestiging) and that only 300 hours more grinding is added per chapter.

But no, really, the grind is super stupid.
Please actually do get rid of perk tiers or double BP gains - this is ridiculous.

I'd prefer it if they reduced the grind by tweaking perk tiers or removing some of them. Best thing to do would be to have all unlocked perks immediately available at tier 1n they you only need to grind to level them up to tier 3.
By increasing BP across the board you not only affect the perk grind, but you also reduce the value of items, add ons and offerings. So expect to see a ton more BNPs and have hundreds of unused and worthless brown and yellow add ons.
