Making perks more emotional/dramatic
wouldn't premonition just be more fun if it showed a flash image of who the killer is/what they see* (this would have to have a hefty cooldown and need to be triggered by "E" or something.)
Maybe spine chill could have an effect on the edges of your screen?
Maybe while DS is active, and for a few seconds after triggering, your field of view is drastically reduced?
Maybe while you're the obsession and Furtive chase is in use, you're oblivious?
I'm not sure. these aren't really about balance, just telling horror stories.
so, feel free to submit ideas, balance aside.
numbers can be changed, but ideas are more fun than numbers.

For sure - Dynamic effects would be interesting, but I doubt anything of that nature can happen something something spaghetti code parmesan cheese, unfortunately.
