PC - Near constant disconnects loading into lobbies

in Bug Reporting

Tried to play 3 games tonight, got into my first one and played though it alright. Next two games are long ques only for a "disconnected from host error". Sadly this isn't the first time, this error has been happening since I reinstalled(achievements say OCT 15ish) to a bit under 50% of my games.

The dc always is lead by a slightly longer than normal loading screen then the error below.

Happens on both killer and survivor, happens when SFW or solo que, and it happens particularly often in streaks. it makes sfws unplayable when my que mate will always get in and then has to leave the game.

I found a thread talking about doing ports 8.8.8.8, and 8.8.4.4 blah blah and I followed the directions and it didn't work. I have restarted my computer at least a dozen times since installing this game again. I've reinstalled this game, AND I've reinstalled it on a brand new SSD(as my other was pretty full) and neither fixed it.

If I could get any help with this I'd appreciate it immensely. the problem takes all of my motivation to play this game away. If it happened once or twice a night It'd be whatever but when it happens at the end of 4 consecutive ques I just run out of steam.

Maybe worth noting I have NEVER had problems with my ISP, and this is the ONLY game I've experienced any network problems in.

    Just want to say, 16 days later I haven't had a single night without a "disconnected from host". Some nights are quite a bit worse than others.

    Update 11-21-2021: I qued for 8 games tonight and I was actually placed into two of them order was (all killer) 1-DC 2-game(4k) 3-DC 4-game(1k) 5-DC 6-DC 7-DC 8-DC. You read that right, I had a full queue only to have a longer than normal load screen into a disconnect 4 times in a row tonight. Only a 25% rate of being placed into a game as well, as it stands I would qualify this game as barely playable.


    And like I said before I have opened ports on my router(since reverted as it didn't fix it), I have restarted both my router and computer numerous times, and this is the ONLY game of literal dozens I play that I have any connectivity problems.


    If you need more info from me let me know, I'd be happy to provide an updated log file or anything else for that matter. I just want to play your game.

    Update 11-22-2021: 6 of 14 games disconnected from host. again if you need logs let me know.
