Should Boil Over Get a Buff?
I think the struggle effects and the aura range needs to be increased. Here's my suggestion,
You are a battler and do everything to escape a foe's grasp.
Your struggling effects on the Killer are increased by 75/100/125%.
You obscure the Killer's ability to see Hook Auras within 14/16/18 meters.

Kate has average, at best, perks. Boil Over is easily her worst and, honestly, as it is now no one should use it. It could definitely use a buff.

Well yeah, I was mainly talking about them by themselves. I love the idea of DWM but I don't want to have to take up more than one slot just to make it really worth it when I could just avoid situations where it would activate and I would NEED it.
WoO IS good for new players, but I don't think that makes it an above average perk.

Boil over is actualy semi- viable. it really just requires you to go absolutely ham on the wiggle meter. And I do mean really going ham. I use a controller on PC for survivor.( So much easier to see behind you) And I have hopped off a couple peoples shoulders with it.But it required me to go down where I knew there wasn't a hook right next to me, turning my controller sideways, and using my palm on the stick.
This filled the meter and, funnily enough, stopped the killer in their tracks a couple times. I've tried using it with normal struggling, but it just doesn't work. So Here is my suggestion after using it for quite a bit:
Keep it exactly the same, but add the following scaling modifier to it.
Your wiggle meter fills 2/4/6% faster.
Here's my reasoning. Without going just absolutely ham, and hurting your hand you aren't going to get off that shoulder, unless the killer is going for a basement. Usualy you end up with a 90% full meter and you're like "Really? oh come on, this perk is useless"
By giving it a small buff to the wiggle meter, you will give Boil over users a fair chance of getting off the killers shoulder. And you keep it in single digit % so it isn't OP. Because, let's not forget. You can use this EVERY time you are on the killers shoulder.
Also: Dance with Me is really strong, by itself. If you know how to use it. But if you add Lithe... Wow. Super strong combo and worth the 2 perk spot.
edit: Also, Windows is really good. For pro and noob alike. And here's why: It's ALWAYS important to know if a pallet has been used before you get to the loop. This perk has saved my life in half the games I decided to take it. Simply because it showed me that my teammates blew all the god pallets.

I was originally gonna rework it and make it affect wiggling speed but I was afraid too many people would complain. But other than that I like your idea!

But it's bullshit, since Iron Grasp already does that in the other direction.

Just remember that iron grasps was reduced from 36% reduction to 12%.

Killers have 3 perks to help keep a survivor on their shoulder and get them to a hook so i think it's completely fair and balanced to give boil over a buff. Since there is already counter play to it in the game.

Boil over certainly needs a buff.0

Well there's the fact that hooks are now spaced exactly 16 meters apart and there's a guaranteed minimum and sometimes extras get put on the map. There's also been redesigns on the maps making some smaller cough swamp cough. There's been a reduction in pallets as well as spacing minimums, looping and vaulting locations got nerfed/removed.

Buff it as long as the wiggle meter remains the same.
Otherwise they will run DS with it and you will get 4 DS per game without the need to even block for the wiggle bar.

also remember that in some maps where the small building sometimes its the basement its that they have a damm hook near i mean whats the points if you can hook there and not in the basement some hooks placement are just stupid

Yeah, if they rework it to affect the wiggle bar I wouldn't want it to affect DS too.
