Yes, it also stacks with, serum, clown gas, breakout, adrenaline, and other exhaustion perks that give haste

A friend and I couldn’t make it work once in around 20 games because something always went wrong or the killer had a ability that prevented us from running in a straight line. It’s really hard to pull off but to answer your question yes, it does stack and give you 114% speed

But with a little help you could reach a little bit faster, positive modifiers are generally additive instead of multiplicative so you just need 130% additional movement speed
so you can use
Adrenaline +50%
Sprint burst (must activate it slightly before adrenaline) +50%
Hope +7%
Blood pact +7%
Putrid serum +5%
And afterpiece antidote +10%
Which is the best you can do with just yourself and your loadout (not counting clown) 129% bonus
With others you could get another 7% by using babysitter + for the people to activate blood pact
