Why he makes noise when pallet stunned or a survivor wiggles free? It really doesn't fit with the films.

He roughly makes the same sound when Laurie stabs him in the eye in the first film as he does when pallet stunned.

I had to check but he doesn't make that 'augh" sort of sound.

No he doesn't. He makes some heavy breathing noises. That's all.
