Please Nerf The Artist
I was expecting different changes from the Artist, it seems as though they only changed one thing about her which was resetting the repel action when running into a dire crow. With that being said she’s still gonna be a killer that you HAVE to hold W against because she can set 3 traps wherever she wants and it can go through walls infinitely through the entire map and this is just her base kit, I assume there are add ons to make it even stronger. She’s basically pyramid head on steroids and she will be the new Spirit in this game. Only time will tell when they’ll fix her cause you know…. It only took them a few years to fix spirit.

What happened to giving it some time playing against her and learning her weakness like you're supposed to do with every new killer that releases. This constant whining about wanting to nerf even moderately good killers instead of trying to git gud first is going on my nerves.

Because we did give it time and learned how to play against her? Which actually, you really can’t. But that’s literally the point of the PTB. She has no weakness. Tracking, possibly THE best anti-loop in the game, 115% movement speed, power that can go through walls and the entire map. She was a problem in the PTB and she’s still a problem now so…

Not really, her crows to do damage need proper setup, they took away the iddle damage the crows did on the PTB, so she has to managed a good shoot or an M1 atack, shes strong, theres no doubt about her, but shes far from being pyramid head 2.0, shes her own killer.
I been watching otz this morning and againts people who dont know her yea, shes VERY strong, but so far hes been geting a lot of 4 full escapes with cordinate groups.
Shes a good killer, im honestly hoping they dont nerf her as shes in a good spot, shes strong but not overwheling, her perks for the most part are fun.
People need time to learn to counter her, but as always survivors jump the wagong way to fast

If she uses all 3 crows, chances are good you can remove them before she gets her ability back anyways.
My only concerns with her right now is the fact that there is no delay between her firing her crows, and the crows starting to fly, and that the animation cooldown after she fires her crows is too short and doesn't slow her down enough. So it makes it almost impossible to dodge her crows when she has line of sight on you, and even if you dodge her crows, chances are fairly good that she'll then just get an M1 hit against you, because of the weak cooldown.
But those are just impressions from the ptb. I think we need to give it a few days before we can really judge whether she might need a nerf or not, and if they do nerf her, I hope they only nerf her by giving her slightly more counterplay, so she still stays very strong. We need more strong killers like her, it's definitely nice to see such a strong killer added to DBD.

Ah yes, the six days of a PTB that only a small part of the player base can access and even fewer people actually play matches in was certainly enough to reveal of her secrets. /s
She wasn't a problem on the PTB and is unlikely to be a problem in the live-build either. I'll repeat what I said earlier: git gud first.

Whether I own the chapter or not is not the big picture, the thread is talking about how she should be tuned down and how I was personally expecting different changes on the live version.

Back on topic though, she's more or less just a far ranged executioner. The counterplay for him is almost the same as artist, don't run loops, break LOS, make tracks. Overcome is very well suited for this operation as well.

"Because we did give it time" That's what you said, right? "We" implies everyone, including console players, so if you decide to speak for everyone then make sure it actually applies to everyone instead of trying to make excuses for your inability to take time to learn counter play.

I've literally never seen a killer as bad as her. She's just awful. Trapper and huntress alone make her useless

First of all, she got nerfed quite a lot already. So already wrong here.
You can't injure with idle crows and that she can't use crows around hook is also really annoying. Not really because of camping, but I see someone on BBQ and can't use my power on them in time...
PTB isn't and never was good to see how strong are killers, because matchmaking is most RNG thing I have ever seen there. You need good survivors to evaluate a killer and you just don't get it there.
And how many people actually play more than 10 games on PTB? Very few, most players just go there, try everything in custom and leave.

so what if she's the exact same from the PTB??? A very small portion of the playerbase only tested her so we should be letting everyone else test her as well. It wouldn't be fair to nerf a killer that someone couldn't play as yet.
