PC - Resolution slider doesn't work.
You can't lower the game resolution with the % in the menu anymore if you're playing on High or Ultra.

and you're forced to play at 67% resolution on Low/Medium, you can increase the resolution but there's no actual change.

@Tatariu Can you confirm if Auto Adjust is set to on or off for you?

I noticed it too. It's really annoying honestly because I don't really wanna play on ultra or high

Did you look if Auto Adjust was on or off by any chance?

You can set Auto Adjust to ON when you are using Low or Medium quality, and it makes game look better (Like Ultra quality), but problem is the fact that it's AUTO adjust.
I recorded a clip even tho I kinda feel like it all is gonna go to WASTE, because for some reason people here don't take things seriously even if truth is front of them. But, this is one small thing for me, big for humanity.
in short: we have to play with low resolution % when we are playing with Low or Medium quality.
so here it is:
crap quality, provided by YouTube.

Thank you very much for the information, and the video is very useful. Thank you for taking the time to do that - it's much appreciated <3

You're welcome. I also noticed that if you set your quality to Low and resolution to 100% and restart the game, blurry is gone. So doing that fixes the issue, but if you change your quality settings in-game, you are gonna get "blurried" again, 'til you restart, again.
so for now solution is, set your quality to Low or Medium, set your resolution to whatever ever you want, restart.
same for High and Ultra of course if you cannot change your resolution, I guess.

I had this problem too but I play on uncapped fps and low quality but I think I have found a temporary fix to the people who are stuck on 67% quality with uncapped fps.
But you cannot change the resolution in game at all otherwise you need to restart your game.
This only fixes the problem for people who play uncapped fps.
If you have the game open, quit the game
Untick "Read Only" on properties of "GameUserSettings file"
Then Relaunch the game,
Set the settings back to Low Quality (Or whatever quality you play on) and 100% Resolution in game. (Auto Adjust is off)
Quit the game.
Re-Tick the "Read Only" on properties of "GameUserSettings file"
Now launch the game and it's 100% resolution with whatever quality you have chosen.
I hope this helps.

This works, thank you!

Auto-Adjust is off. No matter what I do, the game is forced to run at 100% res on High and Ultra settings.
THERE IS A WORK AROUND HOWEVER.
Setting this option to 1 tricks the game into believing I'm playing on Medium, which allows my resolution to stay at my desired value.

This seemed to work! :)
