how can we use Hex: Pentimento?
I have played 5 games and I have not been able to use any of them. Survivors only bless the totem . This is logical, why make a perk that you will not be able to use?
Haha Even I just used a 5 totem build and they just bless hahaha

Go for a build that encourages breaking over blessing. Plaything and Thrill together usually do the job, but it's going to be a tricky perk to get working.
Survivors do sometimes cleanse totems. You've got the people who stubbornly cling to perks like Inner Strength, and people who don't bring boons and don't care about their teammates who did, so you will see some broken totems from time to time even without that- just be prepared for Pentimento to be a dead perk if you don't bring anything to prop it up.

You‘re wrong. Everything makes sense if you choose the right bubba build for the basement.

I have a lot of Survivors cleansing dulls. It still haven't ring yet that Pentimento is a thing now also you could try running Plaything.
Should be able to catch them off guard if they try to bless it instead just take notes of their locations and your blind hex.

It's a dumb, dumb, DUMB perk.
You will need another paid DLC to make any real use of it, namely the Cenobite and Plaything.

I have been having a lot of success with plaything. Even got pentimento to 5 stacks in one match with three stacks of thana on top. Felt good, though I can't imagine its fun to vs
