New map feels extremely survivor sided

It feels like there’s amazing loops and an invincible main building every where you go. Each loop can create so much distance between pallets too just U G H. Tbh I think I found a map I hate playing as killer worse than mothers dwelling and that’s saying something

RPD is still worse for me.

First thing: you have to break those doors in main. It's like first thing I am doing, don't care about survivors really, you just have to remove them and it's pain doing it during chase.

but I really hate totem spawns there, when will they learn? Have they never played hide and seek?

It is, there are too many loops and safe pallets that also connect each other. Devs being themselves.. i doesn't surprise me.

    Something I've noticed

Pretty much every loop and pallet connects

I don't know how Trappers or Pigs are supposed to cope.

This is something that I noticed as well that kinda scares me on the new map.

I've literally had a pallet spawn in front of the shack door without a pallet. I'm not even kidding, it was 3m away from that door. And there was quite a few other areas with pallets next to each other over all the times I've been on that map already. I might actually start taking screen shots of the ridiculous ones I find.

Luckily I'm obsessed with Carmina, who doesn't care about pallets much. But still, kinda terrifying for M1s

Because it is survivor sided as is every new map that has come out in the past year and a half.

If they're going to make these large thematic maps, they need to give killers more mobility. For example, Let the artist teleport to disturbed crows and doctor teleport to his clones. Trapper can teleport to his traps and pig can teleport to her boxes. Maybe Ghostface can move between lockers? Give the teleport like a 45-90 sec cd. It might not make sense lorewise but it does make sense mechanically.

The maps just too big, it's my only real complaint.

The size of the map is so massive bad players can just hold w and put you on a long chase.

And if you don't commit? They heal with boons.

I wish killers would have the same teleport ability that Jason has in Friday the 13th. Just let the killer open a map GUI of the map and choose a place to teleport with a hefty cooldown.

It is unbelievable that the map was created in 2021.

From 2019? Or even earlier? Welcome developers!

Seriously I have no idea what they are thinking.

Devs, are you playing the game properly?

It'll be a perk just to give survivors more of an edge and they'd probably tie it's use to how many hooks you get and tack on a 90 second t3 CD

This idea would have sounded insane a year ago but you're definitely right. Killers without mobility need a buff to it, and killers that already have mobility often need other buffs to round them out (Billy). The problem would be that killer beans like the Artist are already extremely powerful anti-loopers, so too much mobility in her case would make her too overpowered. It would be hard not to 4k every game playing casually. Killers like Trapper and Ghostface have needed some type of mobility for a long time now, however, and it would allow the devs to make slightly larger maps with less concern for completely breaking them.
