Why is this still happening?
I had just taken a few weeks break from this game because of the multiple hackers I've been bumping into, but I wanted to try out the new chapter since the killer looked very intriguing. My mistake. My very first match on and I run into this guy who switches from survivor to Hag at the last second in the lobby.
I've spent a long time playing this game and I'd love to be able to have fun playing it again, but this whole thing has gotten way too out of hand and seemingly nothing is being done about it. Its very disappointing and I don't know how anyone has the willpower to keep playing this game in the unfortunate state that its stuck in.

I'm sure something is being done about it but probably at a snail's pace.

I have had the luck until now to barely ever go against a hacker. At least an obvious one. There have been matches where I wondered in the end if I went against a cheater using only suddle cheats. But that's it.

Yeah, subtle hackers are even worse. They're the ones that make you lose the game and make you think you just got outplayed when really there was nothing you could've ever done to change the outcome.

To me it looks like the devs finally balanced the game

But cheaters don't exist in this game, at least according to BHVR.
