Yeah we'll get a machine gun, however it will have a 2 minute cooldown, can only fire for 4 second bursts, and probably can only injure but not down

Over here in North America, the ESRB rating is instead M - which is 17+.

I didnt checked it on steam but i thought devs didnt wanted to add violence with guns as such to have more public isnt it Can any mod clarify it?
