New Map Camping spot makes it so survivors cant get to hooked survivor.
A spot where you litterly cant get to a hooked survivor. Werent basement entrances in some maps changed just for this reason. but then you put this on this map..

Im not really mad that he was camping since at that point he had no other choice, Just the fact my teammates couldn't do anything about it.

There are a few bits like this in other maps (Badham Basement spawns can have this too) - avoid going down in this area. The central structure has one god pallet and tons of LOS/vaults/safe drops, so this is at least a risk you run when you go in there.
With the sheer nastiness of the survivor groups I've had recently, this is a bit of schadenfreude by proxy for sure.

Isn't there another staircase that lets them walk around upstairs?

no in the last image there is a vault and breakable wall but there is no way to accesses these unless you go past the door trickster is blocking. no stairs goes up there.

I like how Thompson's house upper floor hook was removed and put 1 or 2 hooks right outside the house because of camping potential. And this hook exist.

i just wish if a hook spawned here there was an extra flight of stair where the breakable wall was in the second photo.

Its no need, they just have to put a hook in the middle of building ground floor if basement doesnt spawn there. Or giving a dedicate spot for a hook on the ground floor

there is one or 2 times that a loop has connected with another that is problematic tho when that gets fixed i think itll be fine

Then I'm having wretched luck, because basically every one of my groups over the last two days has been BM as hell, with three especially nasty TTV premades, two of whom stalled the game out to meme at the final gen.

Didn't they make it where Rancid Abittoir's main building basement's entrance was a narrow door that was also easily blocked? They did fix that quickly but it seems BHVR never learns.

Considering they've made sure to fix similar spots in the past, I'm certain this will get fixed. Camping is one thing, but it's very clear the devs don't want it to be completely and utterly impossible to even reach the unhook prompt in the first place.

They're inconsistent about that. You can still bodyblock basement in main building on Resting Place.

Yeah, I was wondering if this would happen with this Hook.
What makes it even worse is that they removed the Hook upstairs on Thompsons House and the one on the scaffold on Dead Dawg Saloon for exactly the same reason, just to create another one of those Hooks...

Midwich has a hook just like this on the bottom floor next to an escape gate area. Sucks.
