What?

Well you hook someone and that person try to bait you with ds to rescue other person.

It's a valid strat. Dumb one imo.

It does work. You get dsed but you rescue your teammate making 2k a 1k

Agreed. Usually ends up in +2 hook states unless the unhooked person is a god/it's a self sacrifice end game save.

'Anti-Tunnel perk' 😂

Doesn't it deactivate when your unhooking?

How it works is you unhook the person who has DS, then run and the unhooked with DS bodyblocks for the unhooker. If you down the unhooked, they DS and both escape anyway. It's even worse if the rescuer has borrowed time; guaranteed two people escape, every time.

Protection hits after being off the hook for 2 seconds should deactivate DS.
Protection hits after being off the hook for 2 seconds while you have BT on should not give a survivor the speed boost.
I mostly play survivor these days, but I think using these perks offensively is poor form.

A bad idea, usually. You're better off using the distance to escape and rely on someone else getting the rescue.

Works if the killer is gullable enough to pick you up.
If they are smart and leave you on the ground they have a hooked and a slugged survivor close to eachother.
They can safelly camp the 60 second DS timer and get another hookstate out of the hooked survivor too.
