Are self-recovery perks overtuned right now?
While I don't have any problems with Soulguard, No mither, Tenacity or Flip Flop (Seriously, those are fun perks to see, even as killer (maybe I'm weird though)).
The problematic ones are UnbreakaBill and Hex: UnbreabaBill (Unbreakable and Boon:Exponential)
Their recovery bonus is simply too big. Unbreakable allows for a one time pick up without any prerequisites or downsides (Unlike Souldguard, No mither or Boon:Exponential - which are always a gamble). 35% is quite big increase and very, VERY impactful. This single perk is already number one cause for most of the comebacks in Dead by Daylight. Nerfing it to 0/5/10 % would not affect how strong this perk is - as just like with BT or DS it's sole existance affects how killer plays, no matter if it's in the trial or not.
Boon:Exponential While the boon mechanics in general are a bit broken at the moment, the simple increase of 100%, ability to recover by yourself infinite amount of times and using just one perk slot out of 16 of survivor pool is way, way too strong. Unless the general boon mechanics are changed I would nerf this effect to current unbreakable which is 25/30/35 %.

nerf CoH so it doesn't stack with other healing perks and works more slowly while healing yourself.

Unbreakable isn't a problem, it's a situational anti slugging Perk. Boon: Exponential is almost garbage, only being saved by how much it killed Twins

The only place where this boons are a problem is small maps where they can reach almost all the place OR on RPD thanks to the double floors, i just saw yesterday a game with otz with people abusing the crap out of shadow steep, circle of healing and the unbreakable boon...and gosh, it was painfull to se how easily the survivors picked themselves up, healed up and keep running around like nothing happen.
For the most part they are situational, they will se some plays here and there, the real problem its CoH and shadow step, those two are overtunned in a seriously unfun way

I think they could buff coulrophobia to also reduce recovery speeds the same amount. It's only slightly useful in anyway atm to make slugging easier and would make the perk worth running.
