Which Two Killers would make the best team?
I'd say Doc and Legion, since people mend while in Madness 3.

Edit: New rule, perks synergies are allowed, but killers are confined to their teachables only.

Ooh, that's nasty. I was thinking Oni because it puts survivors in a lose-lose where either cleansing or not cleansing powers one of them up, but Blood Fury loses half of its advantage against sick survivors anyway.
With Twins... it's either Corrupt Purge heaven, or Victor's Extra Fun Field Day with Plague following him around to pick up the bodies so big sis Charlotte can vibe in peace. Brutal.

Oni and Plague would be pretty terrifying.
Artist plus Freddy isn't that strong, but have fun trying to do gens.

Plague will almost always be the best partner generally speaking simply due to how she works.
I'd say Plague Blight, Plague Nurse
Also for consideration might be Deathslinger Legion
A sort of silly but sneaky one might be Hag and Michael. Since Tier 3 applies survivors with exposed, not gives Michael an insta down Hag teleport hits would be disgusting.
