Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match or private lobby
Step 3 : Before game take red addon
Step 4 : soak Evil within 3 stage from 1 survivor

- every game we tried 4 times in a row in lobby and 1 game in public match with other player

As a note, stalk is distributed evenly across all survivors at the start of a match so if you go into KYF with only 1 survivor they get 4 times the amount they'd normally have.
Not saying this isn't a bug but you'd have to do a KYF with 4 people or show proof from a public match as the screenshots above aren't indicative of a problem.
