22gb update on epic
Why is there a 22gb update but only some bugfixes are in update?

I'm not totally sure why the size showed as this big (i believe it's to do with the way files are packed). On the plus side my Epic update finished faster than my Steam one, despite me starting Steam first. The information about the update sizes have been brought to the Teams attention however.

it's a 75mb download on steam but it has to validate the whole 35GB it's embarassing

so it a repack or the game will be 60go + ? (and are we downloading 22go or it just a bug? )

You're downloading less than 100mb.
You, however, then must patch these 100mb, which is where the massive file size comes from. This then may need to be validated, depending on platform.
